COURAL (Rural Couriers Society Limited) is a cooperative company, owned by independent rural delivery contractors throughout New Zealand.

These rural delivery contractors (numbering about 550 nationally, who also deliver for New Zealand Post) provide a national network servicing nearly 200,000 rural residents and businesses with the delivery of parcels, unaddressed circulars, and non subscription newspapers.

COURAL is able to provide a high level of service because it only operates in the rural sector.

The unique network operated by COURAL, utilising the local knowledge of its members, means that deliveries are able to be targeted and undertaken promptly.
