POD request

Before submitting a POD, please allow at least 1 extra day than normal for delivery. This is because of the normal delays that occur transferring parcels from urban contractors to rural delivery contractors.

As Coural does not currently have in‐field scanning available, we cannot offer an online track and trace service.

Signatures will only be obtained if a Coural signature required ticket is used in conjuction with a red or a green ticket.
