POD request

Before submitting a POD you may find out delivery details yourself by using our ticket search. This will display scan time and date and GPS location of scan (mobile sacnned tickets only).

Just enter the ticket number without any alpha prefix.

Note: Please allow at least 1 extra day than normal for delivery before submitting a POD. This is because of the normal delays that occur transferring parcels from urban contractors to rural delivery contractors.

Signatures will only be obtained if a Coural signature required ticket is used (Yellow).
