Couriers

COURAL provides a parcel delivery and pickup service to all rural addresses. This service is provided through most national courier companies (COURAL does not sell rural parcel delivery tickets direct to the public).

Delivery Standard

For items too large to fit into a mailbox the delivery will be made to the residence. However generally wherever the house is more than 500 metres from the gate, the contractor will either phone in advance or leave a card to facilitate collection from the COURAL distribution point.

Tickets

Documents (Red Ticket) up to 2kg or C4 envelope (no thicker than 20mm).
Parcels (Green Ticket) up to 16kg or 0.075 cu m or 1.5 metres in length. Heavier or bulkier items require an extra green ticket for each 16kg/0.075 cu m or part thereof. (Click here to see how to work out volumetric measure).
Signature Required (Yellow Ticket) Used where the signature of the recipient is required.
