COURAL (Rural Couriers Society Limited) is a cooperative company, owned by independent rural delivery contractors throughout New Zealand.

These rural delivery contractors (who also deliver for New Zealand Post) provide a national network servicing over 180,000 rural residents with the delivery of unaddressed circulars, parcels, letters, milk, bread, newspapers and a wide variety of farming commodities.

COURAL is able to provide a high level of service as it only operates in the rural sector, therefore all its resources are concentrated in this area. The unique network operated by COURAL, utilising the local knowledge of its members, means that deliveries are able to be targeted and undertaken on a timely basis.
